With a fellow consultant, I was an external evaluator for this four year National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) supported workforce diversification project led by Derbyshire, Sheffield and Rotherham, and Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trusts. This involved developing a Logic Model and evaluation strategy, poroviding advice to the proiject team, training staff and volunteers in data gathering techniques, interviewing trainees, collating data and writing reports for submission to the funders.
